The Tenements are a block of slums in wikipedia:Queens|Queens, NYC where Colonel Joshua Starke|Colonel Starke grew up. It is home to Starke's Gang.

Story

After his arraignment following the WinterICE mission, Starke went AWOL and returned here. He remains in hiding, trying to clear his name and prove that his command in Dubrensk was not negligent.
